RECOMMENDATIONS
PRIOR TO THE THERAPIST'S ARRIVAL

• Ensure there is a secluded area that can remain undisturbed throughout the appointment.
• Area needs to be large enough for the therapist to easily setup and breakdown their equipment.
• Be prepared to turn off any electronic disturbances during the appointment. (cell phone, home phone, computer, tv, etc.)
• Be recently showered. Your personal hygiene is critical to begin any service.
• Avoid perfumes, colognes or fragrant lotions.
• Hydration before and after a massage is very important. Prepare yourself a tall glass of water.
• Make sure your most comfortable place in your home is unoccupied for after the therapist leaves.

UPON THE THERAPIST'S ARRIVAL

• Ensure a safe and welcoming arrival.
• Allow the therapist the time/space to prepare themselves and any equipment.
• Be prepared for a brief interview process to collect necessary information.
• Communicate your appointment expectations.
• Communicate any need for insurance reimbursement appointment documentation.

AFTER TREATMENT

• Allow the therapist the time/space to prepare themselves, documentation and any equipment.
• Gratuity is customary, and can be put on your credit card through this site at any time for the therapist.
• Ensure the therapist's safe departure.
